Ben Arnon

Ben Arnon has over 18 years of experience in AI, product development, and healthcare technology. He began his career in Israel’s elite Talpiot program and later served in Unit 81, leading complex R&D projects combining mechanical and systems engineering. After his service, he studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Tel Aviv University, focusing on signal processing, AI, medical innovation, and neuroscience. Before founding Novathes GmbH, he held senior product and strategy roles in AI ventures focused on positive-impact AI in the climate, medical, and healthcare sectors. His technical and operational expertise, together with a deep understanding of compliance and user experience, drive Elba’s vision of accessible, multilingual, and compliant communication for enterprises. He also founded the Hamburg Global Innovators Circle, a 400-member community of international founders, executives, and investors fostering collaboration and innovation.
